We will be offering An outport dining experience in the comfort of your vacation home- what could be better?

We have some wonderful dining options in the area, but we think, relaxing in the comfort of your vacation home, fine dining while watching the sun set over the North Atlantic with a bottle of wine or a local brew may just be the perfect compliment to your perfect day on the Bonavista Peninsula!

Choose your options and have them waiting in the fridge on the day of your arrival, the meals are complete so you’ll be cutting down on food waste and you haven’t wasted any time at the grocery store. We use locally sourced ingredients and support our fishers and farmers!

Outport dinner heat and serve options might be:

• Fisherman’s pie (Any combination of local seafood: Fresh cod, snow crab, lobster and Atlantic shrimp in a light tarragon cream sauce topped with cheesey mashed potato crust) and green salad.

• Moose hand pies with partridgeberry chutney and green salad

• Lobster Mac and cheese with green salad

• Cod au Gratin with rice pilaf

 

Breakfast/brunch box:

• Quiche 
  OR

• Eggs/house smoked bacon/homemade bread/homemade jam/butter
  OR

• Homemade granola, yogurt, scones and jam
