Payment Policy
We accept Cash and Cheque. All Prices are in Canadian Dollars, plus HST. Click here for a currency converter.
Deposits and Cancellations
A 20% deposit secures your reservation - refunded in full if cancellation notification is given 30 days in advance of booking.
Non-refundable balance is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Check In/Check Out
Check in time is 4:00 pm, or by arrangement.
Check out time is 11:00 am, or by arrangement.
All of the Newfoundland Vacation Homes are smoke-free environments.
Pets are Welcome!
If you are travelling with a pet, please let us know when making your reservation. Please advise your pet that he or she will be subject to a $50 cleaning fee.
Telecommunication
All vacation homes have telephones. All local calls are free. Long-distance calls must be made via a calling card or a collect call.
